Class Summary
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is showing up everywhere, including genealogy tools, conferences, and online discussions. This two-part class is designed to help genealogists understand what AI is, what it is not, and how it can be used carefully and responsibly in genealogy research.
The focus is on AI literacy, not technical skills. Genealogy examples are used to make concepts relatable, but AI is presented as a helper, not a replacement for traditional research or evidence-based work.
